I got American Lion from LT also although it has not yet arrived but yesterday I did get another LT book - publishers are so late and then they all come at once! I was just reading yesterday however a post by Tim at LT that they have liberalized that part of the algorithm on how quickly we get reviews in, knowing the problems, so that's a relief!
